Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Architect
GeeLeaf is looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Architect to lead its AEM Practice. The AEM Practice Lead will work closely with our clients and help with critical digital transformation activities which optimize costs, drive efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. S/he will be an expert on AEM and have experience in multiple AEM implementations.

The Supervisor, Social will provide strategic guidance, channel management and activation of social media and retail influencer campaigns on behalf of key clients. As a Service designer, you should be familiar with leading contextual user research and mapping user experiences and customer journeys as well as with leading co-creation workshops, generating ideas, and prototyping and blueprinting service solutions. You’ll generate ideas, employ creative ways to prototype them in the world, and transition them into real services. As Also you will have your own client/project responsibilities and you’ll manage and deliver projects together with other creative team members. You should possess a natural ability to articulate the criteria of good service design and offer constructive feedback to colleagues. Your background can vary from design, business, or technology.

As a Senior Service Designer, you will help apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user centric solutions, that ultimately aim at satisfying customer needs. As a senior service designer, you will have to effectively drive the strategic relationship of current and new accounts, demonstrating expert knowledge while supervising and overseeing the day-to-day work of multiple teams. Your job will be to re imagine the way that services work by helping clients better understand their user and own organization needs. Working with end users, stakeholders and skilled colleagues to research, design, prototype and build multi-channel services that deliver successful experiences enabling end users to do something they need to do. You’ll need to think by doing, facilitating others to understand and deliver detail as well as imagining and working towards the bigger picture. As UX Researcher, you will need to make everyone focus on the user. A UX Researcher creates understanding and empathy around user needs for the entire team, including designers, product managers and engineers. A UX Researcher will conduct primary research, explore the behaviors and motivations of our users through methods like field visits, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis. Your findings will help create useful, usable, and delightful new products and features for people, as well as continually innovating our existing products.
